Our company has been using Tenant Shop for over 6 years, and it has been a game-changer in freeing up valuable time that was previously spent checking bills and calling suppliers—a task that used to consume several days each week and drain staff mentally. The system is incredibly user-friendly, with a Dashboard that is straightforward and easy to navigate.
Whenever we receive an incorrect bill, we simply upload it to the portal, and Tenant Shop takes care of everything directly with the supplier. This means we no longer have to endure the frustration of making phone calls, waiting on hold for hours, and being transferred from department to department with no resolution—Tenant Shop handles it all for us.
We’re also fortunate to have an outstanding Account Manager, Stef, who has been with us since the beginning of our journey with Tenant Shop. She is always accessible, whether by phone or email, responds quickly, and ensures that things get done efficiently and is a credit to the company.
Another plus is referral fees, if a tenant takes up the offer of one or more of the many household services Tenant Shop offer, once completed we receive a referral fee.
For anyone not using Tenant Shop, you have to ask yourself why. Think about what you could be doing with the extra hours not spent waiting for gas, electric, or council offices to answer, resolve issues, and send corrected bills. For us, it’s a no-brainer and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
