We’re going to the ARLA conference
We’re excited to once again be attending the ARLA conference and this year it is as one of their Industry Suppliers. ARLA’s Industry Suppliers provide specialist products and services ranging from utility management to tenant referencing.
The ARLA conference will take place at London’s ExCel centre on Tuesday 2nd April. The conference attendees are drawn from UK residential letting agencies, representing professionals across a wide spectrum of the business from independent agencies to those in the top 50 tier.
It’s a firm fixture for suppliers looking to network with the most important players within the industry. The event provides up to date information on the latest business trends and legislation.
This year the exhibition will be bigger and better than before, having sold out, with the widest range of exhibitors, providing hands-on demonstrations and offering expert advice.
Tenant Shop are one of a host of platinum sponsors at the ARLA conference.
Our helpful team will be on hand at our exhibition stand (C11) to let you know about our award-winning services and how we can help you.
Along with our SULU utility management platform, we can also talk to you about our enhanced Rent Protection product and the new products being added to our portfolio to help you in the countdown to the fees ban.
There will also be various speakers on the day, which include ARLA Managing Director, David Cox, NLA CEO, Richard Lambert, Paul Chapman from Countrywide and many more.
Sessions on the day include, Business Models of the future, The Ups and Downs of Lettings Law and David Cox explaining the Tenant Fees Act.
Speaking to Richard Dawson, Head of Operations at Tenant Shop, he said that it’s the most important event that Tenant Shop attend.
“We are delighted to be a premium sponsor of the conference.
ARLA is a great opportunity to speak to our customers directly, with the aim of keeping them up to date with our services. It’s also a chance to show new customers what we offer.
We use ARLA to speak to our customers directly and incentivise agents with the aim of keeping them up to date with our services. It’s also a chance to attract new customers as they look for products and services to enhance their business.
We also make sure that we do some giveaways as an incentive. We’ll be providing Tenant Shop notepads, pens, and drawstring bags. We look forward to seeing you at the exhibition.”
